????Haier, China’s largest electronics and home appliance firm, will host an intelligent manufacturing forum as part of the 2017 Qingdao Forum on International Standardization themed with Standards Make Cities Smarter that will last from June 27th to 29th in Qingdao. Haier was highly recognized on its exploration and progress in standardization and smart manufacturing sector.

????Qingdao made crankshaft used by 28 foreign high-end brands

????Joint robots and truss robots work together intheproduction line of Qingdao Desheng Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd. in Qingdao Pingdu Overseas-Chinese Science & Tech Park to manufacture crankshaft in a busy but systematic way. Another batch of robot would deliver the manufactured crankshaft to designated place after they’ve made according to land trace.

????“This is the 1st engine crankshaft intelligent manufacture line of China we developed in 2013 for intelligent manufacture of high-precision products,”President Sun Peizhang said in the factory plant that in the 10 years after the factory moved into the new site the company has been cultivating new development momentum.

????“Product order numbers surged this year, production to this October has already been made. High-end product market share accounts for over 60% of the total market, and single product value increased sharply. We have gained more than CNY 200 million in 2016, this year the number will be higher.” Sun said, thanks to supply-side structure reform of products. “Supply-side reform of a manufacture company must walk ahead of demand side. It shall see development trend, demand trend and industry future 10 years ahead and adjust structure in advance. Making better high-end crankshaft, focusing on quality instead of scale, this is our self-positioning.”

????New Zealand IFFI Company (small jet manufacture company) adopted theDesheng-made crankshaft since October 2015. The company is developing 2 kinds of drone engine crankshafts currently.

????The high-end crankshaft made by Desheng is mainly exported to Germany and the US. ????The Sinotruk Qingdao Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is walking on the One-Belt-One-Road (OBOR) express line this year and investing unprecedented efforts in developing overseas market. In 2016, the company has exported over 10,000 vehicles, more than 70% of all sales in 2016 of the company. ????Qingdao farmer made new type long span greenhouse Sheng Yongfang, once a Qingdao farmer, established Qingdao Yongnuo Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. with his younger brother Sheng Yongcheng in 2005 after he saw the great market potential of a plastic curtain rolling machine.
