The5－day2017 China Qingdao International Fashion Week ended in Qingdao Olympics Theater Square onthe evening of19^th September． Award winners of the fashion week were announced in the closing ceremony． VINN PATARARIN show brought by Thailand designer Vinn Chokkatiwat and Bucai show brought by the Qingdao local designer couple Meng Lei and Xie Liwei drew a beautiful full dot to the fashion week．

The Most Cutting－Edge Brand award went to brands such as MYD， ROSEMOO， VINN PATARARIN， Bucai； The Most Cutting－Edge Designer award went to Eric Raisina， Wang Xiaoshi， Li Kun， Han Dongyang， CHIYUKI； The Most Cutting－Edge Model went to Wu Wanling， Gao Tong， Tian Lin， Mao Yiyue， and Yang Siyu． The fashion week also presented awards such as The Best Industry Contribution award， The Greatest Industry Promotion award and The Fashion Media award．

11 top fashion shows were presented in the main venue of the Olympics Theater in5－day event and Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and20 designers from both home and abroad brought15 fashion shows in3 sub－venues， more than1，000 latest garments were shown． It also held the ZHIYU （textile language） modern fabric art show， Making Tradition more Fashion design forum， new Chinese dress of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology show to boost promotion and exchange of fashion art knowledge， offering new thinking to transform old economy to new economy by traditional culture．

During the fashion week， the show in Hisense Plaza sub－venue attracted160，000 person－times for watching and shopping． The sales volume on the show day of3 brands exceeded CNY1．3 million， and the mall got CNY50 million more sales revenue than the same period of2016．8 fashion design enterprises signed settlement agreement and reached business cooperation with Qilu Culture Park． China Fashion Research Institute jointly sponsored by the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology and Shinan district government of Qingdao accelerated pace． The fashion week shows its power in boosting the Qingdao fashion industry． （Sun Xin）

2．  Qingdao Film Museum opened

The Qingdao Film Museum opened in Linshan Bay Film and Television Culture Industry Area on20^th September． The newly built museum is located next to Chaoyang Hill．2，730sqm． The1^st－floor put into use is divided into two parts， world film exhibition hall and Qingdao film exhibition hall．

The two halls signed strategic agreement in the opening ceremony to agree to support future development of the museum in exhibition， film and TV events and other aspects． The unveiling ceremony of the preparatory office of the Film City Qingdao in Europe （Bradfort） and the preparatory office of Film City Bradfort in China （Qingdao） was also held． The famous film industry people from all over China sent their blessings to the museum in the ceremony．

Located in the core area of Linshan Bay Film and Television Culture Industry Area， the museum highlights the concept of Long River of Light ＆ Shadow， enabling visitors to approach the development history of film industry through the way of interacting with exhibition items and integration of both concepts of image and time． In the world film exhibition hall， the visitor can trace back the origin of history， immersing them in the image based on technologies such as holographic booth， VR and green curtain picking． In Qingdao film exhibition hall， visitors can learn a hundred development history of Qingdao film． From the1^st theater of China， and the1^stphonofilm of China， to the reduplication of shooting film of Hu Die， the1^st actress queen of China， to show unique role of over100 history of Qingdao film industry in China．

It is introduced that it is the1^st floor of the museum open to the public， the2^nd and3^rdfloor are constructing private theater， film and TV debut hall， scientific proliferation and education hall for children and other supporting facilities， which are expected to be put into use within2017． （Lu Bo）

3．  Qingdao promotes city tourism in LA

The2017 World Tourism Cities Federation （WTCF） Fragrant Hill Tourism Conference sponsored by WTCF opened in Los Angeles on the19^th September of the US local time． Qingdao sent the delegation team to join the conference and promoted Qingdao tourism， and also warm up for2018 conference to be held in Qingdao．

Themed Globalization and Tourism Cities Development， the Fragrant Hill Conference of this year held several forums． People from the tourism industry had in－depth discussion and exchange on various topics， including solutions for challenges of tourism cities， competitiveness and brand building of tourism cities， policy environment boost tourism investment， as well as a trend and market industry change of Chinese outbound travel．

Qingdao won the rights of holding the2018 WCTF Fragrant Hill Conference in September2016． The city will provide best－in－class services， including hospitality， catering， meeting， transportation， communication and security for guests， and will organize the forum， tourism trade fair， tourism cities exhibition and other events， as well as tourism culture events with features． （Hu Xiangyang）
