????Cooked poultry produced by the Changguang food factory owned by the Qingdao Nine-Alliance Group reached the warehouse of US importer after custom clearance recently. It is the 1st time for China to export cooked poultry to US, made another breakthrough in the history of poultry export of China. Poultry production and management system achieved another big step to reach the standards of the most advanced country.

????The US is the biggest poultry producer and consumer in the world, as well as the nation with the highest poultry standard. Since China applied for exporting poultry to US in May 2004, the General Administration of Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China has accepted 7 visits of US counterparts in total. After 5 on-site system check, the United States Department of Agriculture issued its investigation report on poultry slaughter and processing in March 2016, which says poultry slaughter and processing inspection system is equivalent with which of US, thus eliminated the tech barrier of China to export cooked poultry with its self-produced materials to the US market.

????BAIC BJEV Qingdao manufacture base held its 2nd anniversary and the 40,000th vehicle assembly completion ceremony in Laixi recently.

????The 40,000th completed vehicle is Beijing· EC180, which is called E-Car for All. The sedan was launched mass production in Qingdao base since last November, now is the main product of the base because of 156km mileages and reasonable price (CNY 50,000 without subsidy). The 1,000th vehicles completed on 17th November 2015, the 10,000th vehicle was completed on the 29th October 2016, the 40,000th vehicle has recently been completed, and Qingdao industry base is witnessing high-speed growth.

You just need to press the button, and the indoor temperature, hen cultivation, and egg collection will be done automatically. “The system device costs more than CNY 10 million. It is developed by us. It contains two main parts, layer-style hen cultivation device and smart control system. Hen cage increased to 9 layers from previously 4 layers. Environmental control system, auto cleaning system, auto feeding system and central egg collection system are also included. We are the only company raising hens with 9-layer cage.”

????Zhang said. The new system aims not only to enhance production and efficiency with increased hen number, but also to improve egg quality and quantity with environmental control. Zhang saidthe house is the 1st one with smart hen cultivation system. The house has 80,000 hens. One trial operation ended recently, all data met the expectation. The company plans to use the new device in another 6 houses. After installed all central control system will be integrated in one data platform to enable one person to manage 300,000 hens.
